The Tobin Memorial Bridge offers a resident discount program to eligible Chelsea and Charlestown residents who qualify for the program. As a resident of Chelsea or Charlestown, you may apply for a resident discount account at the FAST LANE Service Center, 145 Havre St., East Boston, MA 02128 or you may download an application online here and bring the application with the required qualifying documents to the FAST LANE office in East Boston.
