How do I appeal a Chelsea parking ticket?

You may do so online here. You are required to enter the registration and ticket number. You may also do so via mail with a written request that includes your contact information and any supporting documentation to: City of Chelsea, Parking Violations, PO Box 505794, Chelsea, MA 02150. You may visit our office at 500 Broadway, Room 209, Chelsea, MA during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. You cannot appeal the ticket verbally; it must be obtained through a written request either online, by mail or in person.
