The City of Chelsea offers free rat baiting to property owners. All you need to do is come to our Inspectional Services Department and fill out an application. We will have our vendor bait your property as soon as possible. The Inspectional Services Department is located at Room 201 in Chelsea City Hall. Feel free to come by during work hours Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm, Tuesdays 8 am - 7 pm  and Fridays 8 am - 12 pm.
